So I have arrived…I am posting for the first time on my brand-new fancy, schmancy blog created by none other, than my amazing web extraordinare, Mark Shepard. Blogging is a somewhat new experience for me…started reading a few this past summer and have gotten addicted to quite a few. I sometimes find myself needing to detox. They become like a good book that you just can’t put down. It is interesting how voyeuristic we have all become…continually peeking into one anothers’ lives. I personally read blogs to fuel inspiration photographically and more times than not, just to feel comforted that there are others out there feeling the same struggles as I am and living life as it unfolds.
I originally wanted to create a blog to as a marketing tool and an easy way to communicate with my photography clients. But it’s purpose has become so much more than that for me. I have always wanted to document my children’s lives in a journaling sort of way, so that when they are all grown up, they can look back and essentially read a book about their lives. Since I am unfortunately addicted to my laptop, I thought what other better way? So if you begin to follow my blog, you will be reading alot my humble little life, as well as the lives of my clients. Do you want to come along for the ride? I can’t wait to get started…let the story begin.
